BioZyme is easy to use. Once a week at the close of business, pour one pre-measured bottle of BioZyme down the drain closest to the grease trap. Flush the drain with warm water for 10-15 seconds. (IT'S THAT EASY) Our pre-measured application is designed for grease traps 1,000 gallons or less; additional product may be required for larger systems.
